UMMC continues to carry out its transformation program, which aims to improve production and financial indicators. With this program the company expects to earn an additional 3.2 billion rubles in 2020 through initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency. All initiatives – technical, technological, related, organizational – are aimed at achieving economic benefits that can be expressed both in net profit and savings. In the first six months of the year the companies involved in the program were able to achieve an additional gain of 1.1 billion rubles
