{"id":2707,"date":"2021-09-29T17:11:30","date_gmt":"2021-09-29T15:11:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iskander-makhmudov.com\/?p=2707"},"modified":"2021-09-29T17:11:33","modified_gmt":"2021-09-29T15:11:33","slug":"kuzbassrazrezugol-developpe-un-nouveau-standard-professionnel-national","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iskander-makhmudov.com\/fr\/kuzbassrazrezugol-developpe-un-nouveau-standard-professionnel-national\/","title":{"rendered":"Kuzbassrazrezugol d\u00e9veloppe un nouveau standard professionnel national"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019association industrielle panrusse des employeurs de l\u2019industrie houill\u00e8re et au Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00e9nergie de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Russie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un standard professionnel g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui sera appliqu\u00e9 aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s houill\u00e8res, mais aussi aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s russes d\u2019extraction de minerais, de sel et de sable \u201c commente Diana Shcherbakova, commissaire du groupe de travail sectoriel et chef du d\u00e9partement de l\u2019organisation du travail de Kuzbassrazrezugol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s houill\u00e8res qui font partie du groupe de travail formalisent les normes des m\u00e9thodes de travail, tandis que Kuzbassrazrezugol \u00e9labore les standards professionnels et les notes explicatives aff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis septembre 2021, et selon l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re du Travail et de la Protection sociale, est d\u00e9j\u00e0 entr\u00e9 en vigueur le premier standard professionnel national \u201cConducteur de bulldozer dans les mines\u201d, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 l\u2019an dernier par les sp\u00e9cialistes de Kuzbassrazrezugol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les projets de deux autres standards professionnels nationaux \u201cOp\u00e9rateur d\u2019excavatrice dans les exploitations mini\u00e8res\u201c et \u201cConducteur de v\u00e9hicule technologique\u201d sont actuellement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude au Conseil national sous la direction du Pr\u00e9sident de la Russie pour les qualifications professionnelles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9laboration des standards professionnels pour les travaux miniers \u00e0 ciel ouvert en Russie est l\u2019une des missions donn\u00e9es par le pr\u00e9sident de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Russie \u00e0 l\u2019issue de sa rencontre avec les dirigeants des r\u00e9gions houill\u00e8res du pays en ao\u00fbt 2019.
