The specialists of the auditing company “YURS-Rus”, authorized representative of the international company United Registrar of Systems Ltd. on the territory of Russia, visited the plant “Shadrinsk Automotive Components” (UMMC enterprise). The experts conducted a recertification audit of the compliance of the quality management system of the plant “SHAAZ” with the standards IАTF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and additional standards GOST RV 0015-002-2012, as well as compliance of the environmental management system with the standard ISO 14001:2015.

The validity of the certificates issued three years ago expired, therefore we had to prove again the compliance of our system with the declared standards, – said the head of the certification department of JSC “SHAAZ” Tamara Kharina, – An extensive inspection program affected all divisions and key processes involved in the production of automotive units and diesel locomotives. The auditors assessed the quality of documentation, staff training and compliance with standards.

As a result of the audit, the experts recommended to the certification body to issue the certificates for all the declared systems to “SHAAZ” OJSC. The head of the expert group, Alexander Vorobyov, emphasized that the quality management system of JSC “ShAAZ” is maintained in good working order and also appreciated the interest and willingness to dialogue of the company’s staff.

Today “SHAAZ” JSC is a reliable supplier for almost all production lines of automotive plants. In particular, the company has the “Maximal” status as a supplier of automotive components to KAMAZ. This status allows “SHAAZ” OJSC to participate in all new projects of KAMAZ.
