The “UMMC-Zdorovyé” clinic was awarded the international prize for the best customer experience.
The multifunctional medical center “UMMC-Zdorovyé” is the winner of the international CX World Awards in the field of customer service. The “UMMC-Zdorovyé” clinic won the award in two categories: “Best B2C Customer Experience” in the field of “Medicine” and “The Customer at the Center of Everything”. In the second nomination, the UMMC-Zdorovyé Center outperformed many major competitors such as Sberbank, Samsung, RJD, mobile network operators Télé2 and Beeline.

The UMMC-Zdorovy Medical Centre is one of the largest centres in the Urals. The clinic is one of the 20 largest players in the market of private medical services, according to Forbes magazine. Today “UMMC-Zdorovye” has 16 departments: a paediatric outpatient clinic and an adult clinic with therapeutic, surgical and diagnostic blocks, as well as a laboratory; a centre of cognitive technologies for children’s development; a stomatology practice; a 24-hour emergency ward; a centre for Tibetan medicine and a network of small health centres. In November 2019 a maternity and reproductive health centre, a private department of child surgery (the first in Russia), a contagious diseases department and a rehabilitation centre were opened in UMMC-Zdorovye.
