UMMC-Zastroyshchik has entered the top three of the country’s real estate developers with the highest consumption qualities of its buildings. It occupies 2nd place in the ranking of the federal portal ERZ.RF. In one month the company improved its position by 7 points, ranking at 9th place on December 1, 2020. The 1st place is occupied by a real estate developer who is also carrying out several projects in Ekaterinburg.

UMMC-Zastroyshchik maintains its leading position in the ranking of the best real estate developers in the Ekaterinburg region. Thus, according to ERZ.RF, in January 2021 the Makarovsky business class and elite residential complex in the center of Ekaterinburg retained its status as the best new residential complex in the Ekaterinburg region and Russia, the Nagorny business class residential complex entered the TOP-5 and the Izumroudny Bor (Emerald Pine Forest) residential area is among the TOP-20 new residential complexes in the region.
